Position Overview:

We are looking for a GERMAN SPEAKING seasoned Sales Professional and Closer with a proven track record in the architecture and design sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background (MUST), a strategic approach to sales, and the ability to close deals that make a significant impact. This role requires a tech-savvy individual comfortable with our sales automation systems, CRM, and related software for efficient pipeline management and data-driven decision-making. German language skills are essential to connect with a clientele in the German speaking area.

Responsibilities:


• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase our market share in the architecture and design community.


• Lead Follow-Up: Proactively follow up on leads to nurture prospects and drive new business opportunities.


• Negotiation and Persuasion Skills: Utilize strong negotiation skills to close deals and influence clients effectively.


• Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Establish and maintain strong, lasting relationships with architects, designers, and developers to foster repeat business.


• Sales Documentation: Accurately document sales activities, track interactions in CRM, and ensure thorough records for seamless follow-up.


• Positive Attitude: Maintain a positive, solution-focused attitude in interactions with clients and team members.


• Use CRM and other sales automation tools to manage leads, track progress, and streamline sales processes.


• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction.

Requirements:


• 1+ years of experience in sales, with a strong focus on architecture, design, or related fields.


• Existing clientele in the architecture and design community is a must.


• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.


• Tech-savvy with experience using CRM systems and sales automation software.


• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.


• German language proficiency is required.


• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
