About the Role:

We're looking for a
Client Happiness Specialist (Italian-speaking)
to join our team and support our growing client base in Italy. You will be the key point of contact for our Turkish-speaking clients—ensuring they feel valued, supported, and empowered to succeed with our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
  • Handle incoming inquiries and proactively follow up on client needs
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the client and internal teams
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or expand services
  • Track client satisfaction and ensure high retention rates
  • Translate client feedback into actionable insights for internal teams
  • Report on account activity and client metrics

Requirements:

  • Italian speaker
    , with excellent written and spoken English
  • Previous experience in client relations, customer success, or account management
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proactive mindset and solution-oriented approach
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
  • Tech-savvy – able to use CRM tools and communication platforms

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
