Tikun Greece is seeking to recruit an experienced
Quality Assurance Specialist
to join the Quality Assurance department of the company.

The position will be based at the company's manufacturing site at Examilia, Korinth.

Key responsibilities:

  • Draft quality assurance procedures covering the quality system and the cultivation and production activities of the company
  • Assure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements
  • Review the implementation and efficiency of quality systems / collect and compile statistical quality data
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system
  • Monitor corrective and preventive actions
  • Manage the change control system
  • Manage the supplier evaluation system
  • Plan, conduct and document internal and external inspections
  • Coordinate and support inspections by regulatory agencies and customers
  • Identify training needs and organize/perform training sessions as per internal procedures
  • Monitor risk management activities
  • Perform product quality reviews
  • Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues
  • Review product specific master production / packaging and testing instructions
  • Perform pre/post work document review in accordance with established procedures
  • Perform post work document review in accordance with established procedures
  • Plan and overview the cleaning validation program

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the position should have:

  • Bachelor degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy
    , Food Technology/ Food Science, or a related scientific field
  • Working experience of minimum 3 years in Quality Assurance, preferably in the Pharmaceutical or Food Industry, with involvement in GMP and quality management systems
  • Ability to work in a start-up environment
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills (in Greek and in English)
  • Sound problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Advanced skills of MS Office
  • Knowledge of ERP systems is desirable

Applicants that resident in Corinth Region will be preferred.
