Om stillingen

Som Dansktalende Kundeservice Specialist Customer Service Advisor er du kundens primære kontaktpunkt og ansvarlig for at levere en fremragende kundeoplevelse via telefon, e-mail og chat. Du håndterer forespørgsler, identificerer behov og leverer klare, effektive løsninger. Rollen kræver stærke kommunikationsevner, høj serviceforståelse og evnen til at arbejde struktureret i flere systemer samtidig. Stillingen kan udføres remote, og oplæring foregår også hjemmefra.

Ansvarsområder

Du besvarer kundehenvendelser professionelt og rettidigt, dokumenterer alle interaktioner korrekt og sikrer overholdelse af interne kvalitetsstandarder. Du arbejder tæt sammen med interne teams, bidrager med feedback til procesforbedringer og sikrer høj kundetilfredshed og loyalitet. Du repræsenterer virksomheden med professionalisme i alle kundekontakter.

Kravprofil

Dansk på C1- eller C2-niveau er et absolut krav samt gode engelskkundskaber. Dokumenteret erfaring inden for kundeservice, callcenter eller customer support er påkrævet. Afsluttet gymnasial uddannelse er obligatorisk. Du er komfortabel med digitale værktøjer og CRM-systemer, arbejder selvstændigt og trives i et KPI-styret miljø.

Arbejdstid og rammer

Fuldtidsstilling, 40 timer om ugen. Skiftehold kan forekomme afhængigt af forretningsbehov. Remote arbejde er muligt, inklusive oplæring. Der tilbydes et stabilt arbejdsmiljø, struktureret onboarding og langsigtede udviklingsmuligheder.
