What will you do?

  • Handle calls, emails, and chats in French

  • Act as a brand ambassador and stay up to date on promotions

  • Address account and billing issues, upsell services, and resolve fraudulent order claims

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships

  • Document interactions and instructions in the CRM system

  • Monitor and follow up on ongoing cases

Candidate profile

  • Fluency in French (C1/C2) and good command of English (B2+)

  • Valid EU passport or Greek work visa

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

  • Basic IT knowledge and multitasking skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability

  • Prior customer service experience is advantageous
