Academic Background
University degree or vocational training in one of the following fields:
- Business Administration and Finance
- Labour Relations and Human Resources
- Psychology, preferably with a focus on Human Resources
Language
- Native proficiency in Greek
- Fluency in English (proficiency or bilingual level)
- Spanish language skills would be considered an asset
Additional Training & Knowledge
- Proficiency in competency-based selection methodologies
- Experience conducting structured interviews and facilitating group dynamics
- Familiarity with employment law and health & safety regulations
- Solid understanding of labour legislation, including contract types, working hours, and employee rights and responsibilities
Preferred Professional Experience
HR Management, Recruitment & Selection
- Payroll Management through EpsilonNet or SingularLogic
- Contract Management
- New hires and dismissals
- Publishing job advertisements on relevant platforms and professional networks, particularly within the construction and FTTH installation sectors
- Screening CVs and conducting interviews
- Collaborating with department managers to define role profiles
- Coordinating onboarding procedures for new hires
Occupational Risk Prevention
- Communicating with internal or external H&S service
- Managing documentation related to risk assessments and prevention plans
Experience Duration
- From 1 to 3 years in administrative roles within Human Resources
- Prior experience in sectors where H&S is integral (e.g., industry, construction, logistics) is highly desirable

- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Clear, confident, and respectful communication
- Analytical thinking and meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Proactive approach to managing multiple responsibilities across diverse areas
