This is a role where accuracy meets empathy: you'll help keep our HR processes running seamlessly while being a trusted point of contact for everyday HR matters.

Qualifications
We'd love to hear from you if you bring the following — and we're equally happy to help you grow into the rest:
- Previous experience as an HR Administrator, HR Assistant, or in a similar administrative role would be welcome, but it's not required
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field is appreciated but not mandatory
- Strong communication skills — both written and verbal
- Good working knowledge of MS Office and general PC literacy
- Familiarity with Greek labor legislation and the ERGANI platform will be considered a plus, but it's not a prerequisite — we'll support you in learning what you need to succeed
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts and support updates in ERGANI (new hires, terminations, schedule changes, overtime, etc.)
- Organize and maintain personnel files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Keep internal databases up to date (sick leaves, maternity leaves, absences, etc.)
- Respond to employee inquiries with professionalism and a service-oriented mindset
- Provide timely and accurate support to both internal teams and clients
- Collaborate closely with the payroll team, sharing all relevant employee data efficiently
