ICAP Employment Solutions is seeking an HR Administrator.  Your role will involve managing employee data, organizing HR-related documents, managing benefits and compensation packages, and answering staff inquiries as well as with clients' requests.

Requirements

· Proven work experience as an HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assistant or relevant role

· Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or related field.

· Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills

· PC literacy and experience with MS Office applications

· Knowledge of labor legislation and ERGANI platform

· Excellent organizational and time-management skills

· Fluent in both written and verbal English

Responsibilities:

· Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and updating data on ERGANI II (recruitment, departures, schedule, changes, overtime, etc.)

· Organize and maintain personnel records

· Update internal databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave)

· Answer employees' queries about HR-related issues

· Provide accurate, timely, and professional support to customers

· Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)
