DIAPLOUS Maritime Services, the leading maritime security provider, is currently seeking for a professional to cover the following position:

Operator

Responsibilities:

  • Organization and Monitoring of the security operations in the Gulf of Guinea.
  • Constant communication with clients, client's vessels, providers, security escort vessels for the better monitoring and organization of the operation, in line with the SOPs
  • Combines information from various sources
  • Evaluation and reporting of the operation
  • Ensure compliance with company's management system
  • Oversees and monitors all operational areas to ensure effective coordination and performance
  • Contributes to improvement in work methods
  • Ensures efficient service is provided to clients
  • Keeping detailed records of the SEVs through a database
  • Keeps record of specific KPIs on a weekly basis

Qualifications:

  • (Optional) one year of experience in relevant position
  • Security and operations aspects
  • Higher University Degree in a relevant field
  • Very good command of English language (written and oral)
  • Advanced Computer knowledge
  • Capable of effectively performing 24/7 duties
