Global Business Growth Expert

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Global Business Growth Expert to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing export strategies, managing relationships with key international clients and partners, and driving business growth through market analysis and account planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive export strategies to expand market reach and increase sales.
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with key international clients and partners to drive business growth.
  • Act as the main point of contact for export clients, ensuring satisfaction and driving growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery and minimize company risk.
  • Conduct market analysis, identify trends and opportunities for business growth, and create account plans to meet sales targets and strategic goals.
  • Support the Export Sales team and contribute to the overall expansion strategy.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and other international sales activities.
  • Provide regular reporting and performance updates to the management team.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, International Relations, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in export sales (preferably in FMCG or Food sector).
  • Solid understanding of the food industry and exports.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English (German will be considered a strong asset).
  • Availability to travel internationally.
  • Results-driven and self-motivated with passion, energy, and a positive attitude.
