Bilingual Customer Service Advisor (Croatian + English)

Location: Athens, Greece

Start Date: 02 January 2026

Contract: Temporary 8 months

Work Model: Onsite

Schedule: MonSun, 09:0019:00 (40h/week)

Salary: 1,200 gross/month (14 salaries)

About the Role

We are looking for a Croatian + English speaking Customer Service Advisor to join our clients team in Athens. In this role, you will support customers via phone and email, manage inquiries and complaints, and ensure highquality service delivery within established procedures and SLAs.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain international experience, work in a multicultural environment, and build strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email

Log customer cases and feedback accurately

Handle complaints following escalation protocols

Resolve issues within defined SLAs

Troubleshoot using internal systems and resources

Provide suggestions to improve customer experience

Requirements

Fluent/native Croatian

Strong English communication skills

Strong customeroriented mindset

Problemsolving attitude and attention to detail

Ability to work in a fastpaced environment

Availability for rotating shifts (09:0019:00)

Willingness to work onsite in Athens (mandatory)

Salary & Benefits

1,200 gross per month

14 salaries/year (12 monthly + Easter + split Summer/Christmas bonus)

Relocation Package (for candidates moving from abroad)

Arrival in Athens required 7 days before the start date

3 weeks hotel accommodation near the office

Must work onsite for at least 3 months

Remote work only possible if candidate already has a house in Greece with confirmed internet

No real estate assistance after the 3week accommodation

Not Included:

Flight ticket (only reimbursed up to 300 gross)

Airport pickup

Transportation from airport to hotel
