Are you proficient in German and driven by a desire to assist others? We're seeking a Bilingual Customer Advisor to become a valued member of our energetic team in Athens, Greece

  • Work Schedule: 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM or 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Monday to Sunday.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the welcoming voice for our German clientele, addressing inquiries and resolving issues over the phone.
  • Guide customers in utilizing our online accommodation booking platform.
  • Employ your adept problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot issues and devise solutions.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions in our system.
  • Adhere to high standards of customer service to ensure a positive customer experience.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • A native or fluent German speaker.
  • Proficient in English (C1 level).
  • Possession of a high school diploma or higher education.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in problem-solving and troubleshooting.
  • Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
