As a Junior Digital Content & Influencer Strategist, you will:

• Scout and review up and coming TikTokers & digital creators, identifying talent that aligns with brand and client campaign goals

• Participate in creative briefings for PR and influencer campaigns, to brainstorm innovative ideas and assist in strategy planning to achieve desired outcomes

• Contribute to digital strategies and develop creative concepts for short form video content, based on client needs

• Take part in creative influencer campaigns, which will involve both on-site and off-site shoots

• Contribute creative trend-based ideas for Relevance's TikTok content strategy

• Monitor new social media trends and stay up to date with digital culture, formats and creators

What you will bring:

• Exceptional understanding of the TikTok platform and Social Media trends

• Strong organizational skills

• Ability to easily multitask and work on projects of varying scope and markets

• Previous experience with creator collaborations, campaigns or content ideation will be considered a plus
