As a Junior Ad Operations & Programmatic Specialist, you will: 

• Use ad-serving tools (e.g. Campaign Manager 360) to schedule, traffic, monitor, optimize and report on online campaigns

• Build campaigns in ad server and traffic creatives, ensuring alignment with the campaign architecture (in cooperation with the Programmatic Trading Manager)

• Collaborate with vendors to coordinate assets and tags, ensuring campaigns achieve KPIs

• Deliver clear and concise written and verbal communication to internal and external stakeholders

• Create and deliver weekly and monthly performance reports

• Utilize DSP platforms to manage, optimize, report and analyze  online campaigns

What you will bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics or Statistics

• 1 year of experience in digital advertising

• A strong analytical mindset with ability to measure, test & refine

• Ability to easily multitask and work on projects of varying scope and markets

• Fluent in both Greek and English
