About BAAS DIGITAL BAAS DIGITAL is a 360° creative & media agency based in Athens and a META Business and Google Partner. We build campaigns that unite strategy, creativity, and performance.

The Role We're hiring a Junior Creative Copywriter to turn briefs into standout ideas and copy for social & digital campaigns. You'll work closely with Creatives, Social, and Media teams.

What you'll do
  • Write copy for video campaigns, social posts, paid ads, short scripts, and web assets.
  • Join ideation/brainstorms and video shoots; shape creative concepts.
  • Adapt tone/voice per brand and channel.
  • Produce quick A/B copy variations with clear CTAs.
  • Prepare presentations (PowerPoint) and handle basic proofreading (GR/EN).


What we're looking for
  • 0–2 years' experience in an agency (or relevant internships/projects).
  • Excellent Greek and English.
  • Portfolio with sample work (social, ads, concepts) — if available.
  • Strong grasp of social platforms and digital trends.
  • Organized, deadline-driven, collaborative, and communicative.


Nice to have
  • Knowledge of social advertising (META/Google Ads) and basic SEO.
  • Familiarity with AI writing/research tools.
