Become a Social Media Content Moderator & Make a Difference (No Calls)

Do you have a sharp eye for detail and a passion for keeping online communities safe?

We're looking for a Social Media Content Moderator to join our growing team In this role, you'll play a vital role in ensuring a positive and secure experience for our platform users by reviewing and moderating user-generated content.

Here's what makes this role stand out:

  • Focus on what matters: This is a text-based moderation role, so there are no calls, chats, or emails to handle.
  • Compensation package: Earn a gross monthly salary of 1200 EUR (including base salary and language complement), plus a performance bonus of up to 10% after your initial 3 months. Enjoy a quarterly retention bonus of 500 EUR.
  • Comprehensive benefits: We offer private medical insurance, a daily Up Hellas Card benefit (5 EUR per workday), and relocation assistance (including flight, taxi, and temporary housing) for those willing to work from our office.
  • Unlimited contract and secure schedule: This is a stable unlimited contract position with a 24/7 operating schedule. We'll even provide transportation if public options aren't available during your shift.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and moderate user-generated content on our platform according to company guidelines.
  • Ensure a safe and positive online environment for all users.
  • Identify and escalate potential violations of our terms of service.

Qualifications:

  • C2 or C1 level German proficiency and B1 level written English proficiency is a must.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and make sound judgments.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms is a plus.

Bonus points for:

  • Experience in content moderation.
  • Understanding of online safety and security best practices.
