We wish to appoint a Payroll Assistant, in our Outsourcing team, in Athens.

For the right candidate, the position offers excellent advancement opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the day-to-day administration of small to large sized multiple client payrolls.

  • Respond to payroll-related and local labor legislation inquiries from clients.

  • Provide payroll reports as requested from clients.
  • Responsible for the accurate and timely completion of clients' obligations and payroll workflow.
  • Identify, research, and resolve payroll variances.
  • Look for improvements related to efficiency and payroll best practices and provide feedback.
  • Independent performance according to Payroll Manager's instructions.
Requirements
  • BSc in Accounting, Economics or Business Administration (MSc will be considered an asset).
  • 1-2 years of working experience in Payroll - prior experience in the consulting sector will be preferred
  • Competent use of ERGANI, SEPENET and e-EFKA platform.
  • Good knowledge of current labor legislation.
  • Great understanding of multi-payroll cases.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Well organized, self-driven, flexible and able to work in a fast-paced, and deadline-driven environment.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills (Greek/English).
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Computer – literacy skills.
