HR & Payroll Assistant
How you will Contribute:
You will:
Maintain and update employee records in HR databases and systems
Handle time-off requests, sick leave, and attendance tracking
Support monthly payroll preparation
Prepare HR documents, such as employment contracts and letters
Assist with recruitment processes (posting job ads, scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates)
Support onboarding and offboarding procedures
Coordinate training sessions and HR events
Ensure compliance with internal policies and labor regulations
What We're Looking For in You:
Proven experience as an HR Administrator or in a similar administrative role.
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business, Economics, or any other relevant field
Excellent command of English.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong written and communication skills.
