Το νέο μας σούσι μπαρ αναζητά έναν/μία Operational Manager για να αναλάβει τη γενική διαχείριση της επιχείρησης.

Καθήκοντα και ευθύνες:

  • Άνοιγμα και οργάνωση της επιχείρησης
  • Διαχείριση καθημερινών λειτουργιών και προσωπικού
  • Εξασφάλιση υψηλής ποιότητας υπηρεσιών και προϊόντων
  • Παρακολούθηση οικονομικών και λειτουργικών δεικτών
  • Παραγωγή αναφορών και παρουσίαση αποτελεσμάτων στον ιδιοκτήτη
  • Βελτιστοποίηση διαδικασιών και ανάπτυξη της επιχείρησης

Απαραίτητα προσόντα:

  • Προηγούμενη εμπειρία σε διαχείριση εστιατορίου ή καφέ/μπαρ (τουλάχιστον 3 χρόνια)
  • Ικανότητα οργάνωσης, ηγεσίας και διαχείρισης ομάδας
  • Καλή γνώση των λειτουργιών μίας επιχείρησης εστίασης
  • Ικανότητα λήψης αποφάσεων και επίλυσης προβλημάτων
  • Άνεση στη χρήση λογιστικών και διαχειριστικών συστημάτων
  • Ικανότητα σύνταξης αναφορών και επικοινωνίας με τον ιδιοκτήτη
