Unlock Your Potential with Avis Greece- Customer Excellence Representative

We are looking for the very best talent to join our Customer Excellence Team, and in return we offer a collaborative working environment, committed to fostering innovation and putting the customer at the heart of everything we do.

As part of our team, you will be responsible for managing and resolving customer requests and complaints related to completed short term car rentals such us:

  • investigating and managing charge disputes
  • fuel issues
  • analyzing the explaining rental charges to customers
  • sending of rental invoices to customers

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintain high customer satisfaction
  • Meet personal/customer excellence team resolutions targets
  • Proactively escalating queries and concerns, when necessary and following up to ensure resolution
  • Working closely with a team of CERs and other departments to find appropriate solutions to customers' concerns
  • Excellent communication and people skills displaying a professional customer service attitude
  • Follow company's guidelines, procedures and GDPR
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree. A master's degree will be considered as an asset
  • Prior experience in customer service will be considered as a plus
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language
  • Excellent command of MS-Office applications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek & English
  • Enthusiasm, energy, and a positive attitude
  • A strong desire to achieve departmental KPIs and goals
  • Excellent communication skills, especially written
  • Team Mindset
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
