Location: Greece (with international collaboration)

We're looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our expanding team and support our Reactive and Worldline All-in-One projects across Greece and abroad.
As a CSR, you'll be the voice of our company, ensuring every client receives world-class support and service. You'll handle inquiries, provide accurate product information, and proactively resolve issues — all with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.

About the Role
You will serve as a liaison between our customers and our technology teams, helping clients make the most of our platforms. You'll listen carefully, respond thoughtfully, and turn customer challenges into positive experiences.
We're looking for someone who's naturally curious, resourceful, and enjoys connecting with people. You'll be part of a high-energy, customer-first culture where communication and problem-solving skills truly shine
Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming calls, messages, and customer requests.
  • Identify and assess customer needs to deliver effective solutions.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right tools and processes.
  • Handle complaints with patience and professionalism — following up until resolution.
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions and ensure internal knowledge bases stay up-to-date.
  • Contribute to improving help desk documentation and workflows.
  • Follow established communication procedures, policies, and best practices.

Requirements
  • Strong phone and written communication skills.
  • Active listening, empathy, and customer-focused attitude.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and support management tools.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to adapt and respond to diverse customer personalities.
  • Bachelor's degree (Business, Communications, or related field preferred).
  • Proficiency in English; a big plus.
