Wholesale Coordinator

Mat Fashion is seeking a 
Wholesale Coordinator
 to join our Athens office. If you have experience in

What you'll do

• Advise wholesale customers on their selections and support them throughout the buying process
• Make cold calls, book appointments, and follow up on orders
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with multicultural clients
• Assist with the preparation and execution of trade shows and international events
• Travel seasonally for business when required
• Manage customer queries and keep them updated on delivery status
• Collaborate with the wholesale team to ensure smooth and on-time deliveries
• Support promotional activities and marketing initiatives
• Independently manage the full wholesale sales cycle
• Consistently exceed service and sales targets

What we're looking for

• Fluency in foreign languages in addition to English
   (European and/or international languages are highly valued)
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Positive, proactive, and problem-solving mindset
• Passion for 
  fashion and customer experience
