What will you actually do?

You'll support Dutch-speaking users or customers through email, chat, or internal ticketing systems no cold calling, no upselling. Depending on the project, the tasks can range from backend account handling to helping users navigate digital tools.

This isn't a call center job as you imagine it. You'll be trained on the systems top brands use daily and you'll learn how large-scale digital services actually function behind the scenes.
