Italian-speaking Customer Experience Expert
, you will represent a global leader known for fast, reliable, and innovative delivery solutions.

You will be responsible for supporting customers across Europe through calls, emails, and back-office tasks ensuring an outstanding service experience every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound inquiries related to pickups, deliveries, and shipment tracking.
  • Manage billing, invoice, and claims requests.
  • Support customers with onboarding and account setup.
  • Assist with basic technical issues related to company systems.
  • Provide information on services, features, and pricing.
  • Address complaints professionally and efficiently.
  • Ensure all cases meet internal quality and performance standards.
  • Escalate complex cases to Supervisors when necessary.
