Position Description

The group is seeking a Chef de Partie for the Hot Kitchen with solid experience in A La Carte production. The role requires strong technical skills, creativity, and consistency in delivering high-level gastronomy.

Reports to

Sous Chef / Executive Chef

Responsibilities

  • Preparation and presentation of A La Carte dishes
  • Excellent execution of recipes and plating guidelines
  • Collaboration with the Sous Chef to implement the menu concept
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization at the workstation
  • Monitoring stock levels and managing mise en place
  • Adhering to hygiene and safety regulations

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in A La Carte cooking
  • Ability to work in a high-demand environment
  • Strong culinary techniques and creativity
  • Teamwork spirit and professional conduct
