Doryssa Hotels & Resorts is a hotel group in Samos consisting of 7 properties ranging from 3 to 5 stars, with a total of approximately 600 accommodation units. With more than 400 employees, the group offers authentic and contemporary hospitality experiences, placing great emphasis on its people and on the continuous improvement of its services.
Position Description
The group is seeking a Chef de Partie for the Hot Kitchen with solid experience in A La Carte production. The role requires strong technical skills, creativity, and consistency in delivering high-level gastronomy.
Reports to
Sous Chef / Executive Chef
Responsibilities
- Preparation and presentation of A La Carte dishes
- Excellent execution of recipes and plating guidelines
- Collaboration with the Sous Chef to implement the menu concept
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization at the workstation
- Monitoring stock levels and managing mise en place
- Adhering to hygiene and safety regulations
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in A La Carte cooking
- Ability to work in a high-demand environment
- Strong culinary techniques and creativity
- Teamwork spirit and professional conduct
