Position Description
We are seeking a Chef de Partie for the Cold Kitchen with experience in buffet-style preparations. The role includes responsibility for the production and presentation of cold dishes, ensuring high aesthetics and consistency with the established standards.
Reports to
Sous Chef / Executive Chef
Responsibilities
- Production of cold buffet dishes (salads, appetizers, dressings, etc.)
- Ensuring compliance with quality and presentation standards
- Managing raw materials and organizing the production station
- Adhering to hygiene, safety, and HACCP standards
- Supporting daily preparation and replenishment of the buffet
- Collaborating effectively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
- Experience in a cold kitchen and buffet-style production
- Excellent knowledge of cold dish preparation techniques
- Strong pace, organization, and teamwork skills
- Attention to detail and creativity
