About the Role
Your role As our new Digital Marketing HubSpot Specialist, you will take end-to-end ownership of our global HubSpot environment (Marketing Hub, CMS Hub, Operations Hub) and play a key role in improving our digital foundation across regions. You will define scalable processes, build advanced automations, ensure technical excellence, and identify opportunities to leverage AI within HubSpot and our marketing stack. At the same time, you will support operational excellence by publishing new corporate website pages, improving technical SEO across all Cegeka domains, and ensuring alignment with branding, templates, and global guidelines. This is a role for someone who enjoys hands-on execution and thrives in a complex environment with many stakeholders, countries and business lines.
Key Responsibilities
HubSpot Ownership & Optimization
- Own and continuously improve our HubSpot environment (Marketing Hub, CMS Hub, Operations Hub).
- Define and implement scalable processes, workflows, and lifecycle automation.
- Ensure data quality, proper segmentation, and governance of marketing operations.
- Identify and implement AI-driven enhancements in content, workflows, personalization, and decision-making.
- Provide guidance and training to country teams to ensure proper HubSpot usage.
Website Management
- Manage and publish new pages on the corporate website using HubSpot CMS.
- Maintain branding, templates, modules, and global website standards across all countries.
- Support UX optimization using tools such as Hotjar (heatmaps, recordings, and user behavior insights).
Technical SEO & Analytics
- Drive technical SEO improvements (site speed, indexing, structure, metadata, tracking) for the domain and country sections.
- Manage Google Search Console to monitor indexing, performance trends, and site health.
- Support analytics tracking setups and improvements via Google Tag Manager in collaboration with our Data partner.
Project & Stakeholder Management
- Lead cross-country digital marketing projects from concept to delivery.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing, Country Marketing Teams, HR, Corporate Communications, Sales, Internal IT, and external partners.
- Translate business requirements into clear project plans, timelines, and outcomes.
- Ensure effective communication, transparency, and follow-up with all stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of proven experience in HubSpot, including automation, CMS, lists, workflows, and operations.
- Strong understanding of marketing automation, lead lifecycle, segmentation, and data processes.
- Hands-on experience with email marketing, including testing and analytics.
- Experience with technical SEO, website management, and website optimization.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to align diverse teams.
- Strong project management capabilities; able to own large projects end-to-end.
- Structured, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-moving environment.
- Fluent in English.
