Η dsevents, ένα δυναμικό event production agency με έδρα την Αθήνα, αναζητά έναν/μία Account Manager για να ενισχύσει την ομάδα της. Αν έχεις πάθος για την επικοινωνία, αγάπη για τις τέχνες και τον χώρο των events, και οργανωτικές ικανότητες που κάνουν τη διαφορά, τότε ίσως είσαι ο/η κατάλληλος/η

Ρόλος:
Ως Account Manager θα είσαι το βασικό σημείο επαφής μεταξύ των πελατών και της δημιουργικής μας ομάδας.
Θα αναλαμβάνεις:
• Διαχείριση πελατών & project από την αρχική επαφή έως και την υλοποίηση
• Κατανόηση των αναγκών του πελάτη και σύνδεση με τις κατάλληλες υπηρεσίες & καλλιτέχνες
• Συντονισμό ομάδων παραγωγής και συνεργατών
• Συμμετοχή σε παρουσιάσεις & meetings
• Διατήρηση σχέσεων εμπιστοσύνης με υφιστάμενους πελάτες και ανάπτυξη νέων συνεργασιών

Προφίλ ιδανικού υποψηφίου/ας:
• Προηγούμενη εμπειρία σε ρόλο account/project manager, ιδανικά στον χώρο των events, του marketing ή των media
• Εξαιρετικές επικοινωνιακές & οργανωτικές δεξιότητες
• Ομαδικό πνεύμα και δημιουργική προσέγγιση στην επίλυση προβλημάτων
• Άριστη χρήση ελληνικών και αγγλικών (γραπτά και προφορικά)
• Γνώση εργαλείων όπως Google Workspace, Trello, Canva κ.λπ. θεωρείται πλεονέκτημα
• Αγάπη για τις παραστατικές τέχνες, τη μουσική, το design και τη δημιουργία εμπειριών
