Responsibilitie
s

  • Supervise the execution of the production program and plans corrective actions
  • Controls, studies and suggests improvements in working conditions, functionality, ergonomics and performance of its liability departments
  • Oversee the work performed by staff as required for each job to ensure completion in a timely and quality manner
  • Contribute to the improvement of department's KPIs
  • Provide process documentation and operating instructions
  • Comply with the health and safety rules during work, in accordance with company's policies and procedures
  • Recommend modifications and/or investments to upgrade systems to reduce operating cost

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering from a Polytechnic University
  • 2-5 years
    of relevant experience in industrial environment
  • Proficient in AutoCAD or SolidWorks applications
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate problems/opportunities and drive cost-effective solutions
  • Excellent understanding of budget development, monitoring and control
  • Results and action oriented
