The Mission

You will be the "Right Hand" of the agency's growth, bridging high-level strategy with flawless execution.

Own the Relationship
: You are the main lead for key retainer clients. You build trust, manage expectations, and turn briefs into culture-shifting campaigns.

Orchestrate the Work
: You coordinate creative, production, and social teams. You ensure the work isn't just "done," but that it breaks records.

Embrace the Future
: You use AI and productivity tools to streamline workflows and reporting. You believe in working smarter, not longer. Crucially, you also know Digital & SoMe inside out and have a solid understanding of Performance Marketing.

Commercial Mindset
: You spot opportunities for organic growth within your accounts.

What You Bring

Experience
: 6+ years in a creative agency or fast-paced in-house comms role.

*
Strategic Chops
: You can write a narrative, not just an email. You understand the "Why" behind the "What".

*
A-Z Project Management
: You don't just supervise; you lead. You have the experience to manage complex activations and 360 campaigns from the initial brief down to the final report.

*
Tech-Forward Thinking
: Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Productivity apps) is a must.

*
Leadership Material
: You can handle pressure without losing your cool. You solve problems before they reach the client.
