We're seeking for an IT Systems Operator who will monitor Euronet's IT systems 24/7, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with technical teams to maintain high service standards.

To set you up for success, the first months will be dedicated to structured onboarding & training. You'll shadow a senior team member, then work in a test environment, and finally transition to independent work once you're ready.

How You 'll Make an Impact

  • Perform 24/7 monitoring of IT systems, and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth operations.
  • Investigate and resolve reported issues, manage incidents and service requests, and maintain compliance with SLAs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and international partners (Visa, Mastercard, UPI, American Express) for system and transaction support.
  • Submit and track end-of-day job streams, oversee financial transaction processing, and ensure accurate reporting.
  • Maintain detailed records of incidents, resolutions, and system activities.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Technology, or other relevant fields.
  • Advanced user of MS Office applications.
  • Ability to work in rotating shifts, including weekends/holidays.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Greek, both written and spoken.
  • Eligibility to work in the EU full-time and permanently, without employer sponsorship.
  • Military obligations fulfilled (for male candidates).
