We are looking for a detail-oriented IT Systems Operator to join our IT Operations Department. This is a mid-level position ideal for professionals with experience in mainframe or AS/400 environments who are comfortable working in 24/7 rotation shifts and eager to support mission-critical systems in a banking context.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute End-of-Day (EOD) and batch jobs as scheduled, ensuring accurate and timely completion.
  • Monitor the bank's systems and proactively identify, log, and escalate IT incidents following established procedures.
  • Perform EODs in UAT/INT environments, ensuring test systems remain up-to-date and accessible to users.
  • Provide first-level technical support to users and assist with operational inquiries and issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent field.
  • 1–2 years of work experience in environments using IBM Z series (MVS) or I-Series (AS/400) systems.
  • Excellent computer literacy and troubleshooting skills.
  • Very good command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Willingness and availability to work on 24/7 rotation shifts.
