We are continuously growing and we are looking for a
Business Operations Support Officer
to join our UniQue Presales & Bid Management team.

For the
Business Operations Support Officer
position, we expect you to:

  • Undertake administrative tasks to support the bidding team with the day-to-day operations on the delivery of proposals
  • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
  • Create offer/tender template documents by using internal tools
  • Collaborate closely  with internal teams and external partners during the various phases of the proposal preparation and be involved in collection of required supporting material such as CVs, references etc.
  • Contribute to the processing of proposed teams in offers, by combining background information
  • Ensure consistency of the content and that proposals are prepared according to the announced time plan
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date company's personnel CVs, proposal folders and offers knowledge base, in cooperation with the responsible technical Departments
  • Edit collected documents towards the creation of the final Offer to the customer

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Philology or Computer Science related field is desired
  • At least 2 years of experience in a business administrative or similar role
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Effective communication skills to work with various business stakeholders
  • Ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Discretion and confidentiality
