Technical Office Expert
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:
Responsibilities:
- Technical Standards: In-depth knowledge of Structural Eurocodes (EC0, EC1, EC2, EC3, EC7). Knowledge of Directive 92/57/EEC for safety management at temporary or mobile construction sites.
- Technical-Economic Analysis: Verification of technical and quantitative compliance of executive projects for civil and metallic works, including unit price analysis and validation of Bills of Materials (BOM).
- Vendor Management and RFQ: Managing RFQ processes and technical-economic vendor rating. Monitoring and controlling the distribution of assignments among suppliers.
- Rollout Support: Drafting technical guidelines and standardized procedures in the infrastructure sector. Supervision of technical-economic during the rollout phase of new infrastructures and upgrades.
Candidate Profile:
- Mandatory Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or Building Engineering.
- Preferred Certifications: BIM Certification (e.g., recognized BIM Specialist or BIM Coordinator). Construction site safety training (courses based on Directive 92/57/EEC).
- BIM Design: Advanced use of Autodesk Revit for modeling, technical verification, quantity extraction, and validation of telecommunication infrastructure projects.
- Structural Analysis: Experience with Autodesk Robot Structural Analysis or SAP2000 (or equivalent FEM software) for static analysis, loads on towers, poles, and foundations. Experience with IDEA StatiCa for detailed verification of steel joints (preferred).
- Telecommunications Infrastructure Experience (mandatory): Experience with telecom site projects design (Radio/Tx/Fixed) for new deployments and technology upgrades.
- Languages: Knowledge of English for written and oral technical-professional interaction (at least B2).
