In this key position, you will assist our Italian-speaking customers with inquiries related to our innovative streaming platform. Your ability to troubleshoot issues, provide clear guidance, and create a seamless experience will be vital in ensuring our users enjoy their time on the platform. Your Responsibilities- Provide top-notch support to Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist with inquiries regarding account management, subscription options, and streaming issues.
- Document all customer interactions meticulously in our CRM system.
- Work collaboratively with your team to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Engage in ongoing training to keep updated on platform changes and features.
- Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is a must.
- A passion for technology and a commitment to excellent customer service.
- Previous experience in customer support or a technical role is advantageous, but not required
- Strong communication skills and an engaging, friendly attitude.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote setting.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
