As a Streaming Platform Support Representative, your primary focus will be to assist our Spanish-speaking customers with their inquiries related to our cutting-edge streaming platform. Your expertise in troubleshooting issues and providing helpful guidance will ensure our users have the best experience possible. Join us and help shape the future of online streaming
Your Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional support to Spanish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist with inquiries about account management, subscription details, and streaming difficulties.
- Accurately document all customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
- Engage in ongoing training to stay informed about platform updates and enhancements.
- Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is required. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- A genuine passion for technology and a commitment to excellent customer service.
- Prior experience in customer support or a technical role is a plus, but not mandatory
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Enthusiasm for assisting customers in navigating our streaming platform.
