Your Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support to Spanish-speaking clients across various communication channels.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding subscription, content access, and technical issues.
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve service goals and improve customer satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay informed about product updates and industry trends.
- Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken) is essential.
- Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- A passion for entertainment, technology, and providing excellent customer service.
- Previous experience in customer support is an advantage but not essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive team player with a positive attitude.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
