Innovis Pharma, one of the leading and fast growing Pharmaceutical companies in Greece, is seeking to hire a Regulatory Affairs Officer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supports the Regulatory Affairs team to achieve regulatory plans in accordance with agreed business priorities (new submissions and post approvals activities).
  • Undertakes regulatory filings / archiving and maintenance / update of product database.
  • Ensures that reviewed promotional and non-promotional materials are in accordance with regulatory norms and internal compliance rules.
  • Supports the RA / Compliance Head in the planning and implementation of regulatory strategies in partnership with internal stakeholders to maximize business opportunities for new and existing products.
  • Formulates or implements regulatory affairs guidelines and procedures to ensure that regulatory compliance is maintained or enhanced.
  • Develops and maintains current procedures or local working practices and national / international (exports) regulations.
  • Oversees documentation efforts to ensure compliance with domestic and international regulations and standards.

Requirements:

  • University degree.
  • 1-2 year of proven relevant experience in Regulatory Affairs, within the pharma industry (preferably).
  • High attention to detail.
  • Excellent use of MS Office.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Fluency in English and Greek.
