on behalf of its client, a multinational company leader in its field, is looking for an experienced professional to join their team as:

Legal Associate (Ref.6038/LA/ESS/GR)

About the Role:

The Legal Associate will be an integral part of the corporate Legal Team, supporting the company in a wide range of corporate, commercial and compliance matters, providing practical and user-friendly legal advice to internal stakeholders, and ensuring the organization operates in full compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft and review a broad range of legal documents and contracts, providing practical guidance to internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure all advertising and marketing materials comply with applicable legal requirements.
  • Conduct in-depth legal research on complex issues and deliver clear, actionable advice to internal teams.
  • Proactively monitor and interpret legislative and regulatory changes, recommending appropriate actions to mitigate risk.
  • Support the development, management, and execution of the corporate compliance program, including designing and delivering internal training.
  • Collaborate on local and global projects as an active member of the corporate Legal Team.
  • Assist in the implementation and day-to-day management of GDPR requirements and related requests.

Candidate Profile

  • University Degree in Law from a recognized university; postgraduate studies in Commercial or Competition Law preferred.
  • Licensed lawyer and member of a Greek Bar Association.
  • 4–5 years of relevant legal experience, ideally in corporate law within a major law firm or large international organization.
  • Strong understanding of business functions and ability to apply legal knowledge in day-to-day operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex legal issues clearly.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent command of MS Office and familiarity with legal case management systems.
  • Fluency in legal English (written and spoken) and able to draft contracts in English. Knowledge of a second language will be considered an asset.
