Η HOMLI είναι μια τεχνολογική startup που εδρεύει στη Νέα Υόρκη, την Αθήνα, και τη Μαδρίτη με όραμα της τον εκσυγχρονισμό του ευρωπαϊκού Real Estate. Ξεκίνησε στη Νέα Υόρκη το 2021 από 3 Έλληνες συνιδρυτές οι οποίοι έχουν εκτεταμένες σπουδές στην Ελλάδα (ΕΜΠ, ΑΠΘ) και στις ΗΠΑ (ΜΙΤ) και έχουν επαγγελματική εμπειρία ~15 ετών δουλεύοντας σε εταιρίες όπως η McKinsey, η Amazon, και η Morgan Stanley.

Ως μέλος της Νομικής Ομάδας, θα συμβάλλετε ενεργά στην ανάπτυξη της εταιρίας. Θα εργαστείτε πάνω σε σημαντικά εταιρικά ζητήματα που αφορούν όλες τις γεωγραφίες στις οποίες έχει παρουσία η εταιρία, και θα βοηθήσετε πελάτες μας να ολοκληρώσουν σημαντικές συναλλαγές.

Τέλος, θέλουμε η επιτυχία μας να είναι και δική σας επιτυχία. Ως εκ τούτου, εκτός από ανταγωνιστικές απολαβές και ασφάλεια υγείας, έχουμε δημιουργήσει ένα μηχανισμό μέσω του οποίου ανταμείβεστε με χρηματικό μπόνους και εταιρικές μετοχές καθώς η εταιρία αναπτύσσεται.

ΕΥΘΥΝΕΣ

  • Συνεργασία με πελάτες μας για την ολοκλήρωση συναλλαγών (νομική καθοδήγηση, νομικοί έλεγχοι, σύνταξη ιδιωτικών συμφωνητικών)
  • Συντονισμός της διαδικασίας αγοραπωλησίας σε στενή συνεργασία με πελάτες, δικηγόρους, μηχανικούς, και συμβολαιογράφους
  • Δημιουργία και διαχείριση συμφωνητικών συνεργασίας με B2C και B2B πελάτες σε όλες τις περιοχές δραστηριοποίησης της εταιρίας
  • Συνεργασία με τους Νομικούς συνεργάτες σε Ελλάδα, Ισπανία, και Αμερική για συντονισμό εταιρικών νομικών θεμάτων

  • Πτυχίο Νομικής και μέλος του Δικηγορικού Συλλόγου
  • Ισχυρό ενδιαφέρον για τον χώρο του Real Estate
  • Ισχυρές επικοινωνιακές και διαπροσωπικές δεξιότητες
  • Ισχυρή προσήλωση στη λεπτομέρεια
  • Αποδεδειγμένη ικανότητα συνεργασίας ως μέρος ομάδων
