We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced 
Litigation Lawyer
 to join our team as a 
Senior Associate
.

The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, excellent judgement, and the ability to manage complex legal matters independently. This role requires a proactive professional who is comfortable taking ownership of cases, working closely with clients, and contributing to the overall success and growth of our Firm.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Law and member of Bar Association in Greece.
  • More than 10 years of substantive experience as a practicing attorney. Extensive involvement in litigation and advisory work, including in-court representation, drafting of legal documents, negotiations, client counseling, and strategic case management.
  • Proven ability to handle complex legal matters independently and to provide high-level legal analysis. Experience overseeing multifaceted cases, managing deadlines, assessing legal risk, and advising clients on sophisticated legal issues with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English. Ability to prepare clear, concise, and persuasive legal documents; strong courtroom advocacy; and comfort communicating with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders in a bilingual environment.
  • Strong collaborative working style and advanced organizational skills. Experience working effectively within multi-disciplinary or cross-functional teams, coordinating with junior associates or partners, managing workflows, and maintaining structured case files.
  • High level of professional ethics, discretion, and integrity. Commitment to confidentiality, ethical decision-making, and adherence to professional standards in all interactions with clients and colleagues.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor junior team members and contribute to professional development. Experience supervising trainees or junior associates, providing guidance, reviewing work, and supporting a positive team culture.
  • Ability to manage client relationships and contribute to business development efforts. Comfort serving as a key point of contact, understanding client needs, maintaining long-term relationships, and supporting the firm's strategic growth initiatives.
