Moratis Passas Law Firm
is currently seeking a
Senior Associate
to join its Litigation team.

Job Description

· Work on complex financial disputes, pending in all instances of civil court or arbitration

· Conduct legal and case-law research, prepare files and evidence, draft court pleadings.

· Trial preparation and attendance.

Requirements

· years of active experience in Litigation

· A Greek University Degree in Law (of at least 7.0)

· Post graduate studies, preferably in international private law or Civil Procedure.

· Excellent command of both the Greek and  English language

Qualifications

· Strong teamwork skills

· Strong focus on delivering results of excellent quality

· Impeccable interpersonal and organizational skills
