Legal Associate — SanTheos Contractor Company (Athens)

SanTheos Construction Company is a real estate development and Golden Visa investment firm, specializing in property conversions, construction projects, and international investment opportunities. With headquarters in Athens and offices in Turkey (Istanbul, Izmir, Ankara), China (Shanghai, Beijing), and Hong Kong, we provide integrated real estate and investment solutions to a global clientele.

We are seeking a Legal Associate to join our Legal Department and support the Head of Real Estate Law. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated young lawyer to gain expertise in real estate law and cross-border transactions, while working within the dynamic environment of a contractor and investment company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide legal support to the Head of Real Estate Law.
  • Draft and review property-related contracts and documentation (Greek & English).
  • Conduct legal research and prepare briefs on real estate matters.
  • Liaise with clients, public authorities, notaries, and international partners.
  • Assist in legal due diligence for acquisitions and investment projects.

Represent the company at notarial meetings, land registry/cadastre offices, and other institutions when required.

Qualifications

  • Law degree (LL.B.) and active membership in a Greek Bar Association.
  • Previous exposure to real estate law or internships in a legal/business environment will be considered an asset.
  • Excellent command of English (written & spoken); additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong drafting, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Professional demeanor, integrity, and eagerness to grow within an international setting.
