Alphabit Cybersecurity
, one of the fastest-growing cybersecurity providers in Greece, is seeking an Account & Sales Manager to join our commercial team. This role is ideal for a proactive, communicative, and results-oriented individual who enjoys managing client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and working closely with technical teams in a fast-moving, high-impact environment.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Client Account Management

  2. Act as the primary point of contact for key B2B clients across critical sectors (finance, government, healthcare, shipping, etc.)

  3. Conduct client meetings, quarterly business reviews and service health checks
  4. Ensure client satisfaction, renewals, and the expansion of accounts through upselling and cross-selling
  5. Collaborate closely with internal departments (SOC, DFIR, GRC, Infrastructure) to deliver consistent service and accurate responses

  6. Sales Development & Pipeline Management

  7. Own the sales cycle end-to-end: from prospecting and qualification to closing and onboarding

  8. Develop new leads through outreach, referrals, networking, and digital campaigns
  9. Prepare proposals, commercial offers, and responses to RFPs and public tenders
  10. Maintain pipeline visibility and forecasting via CRM (ClickUp and Softone)

  11. Marketing & Campaign Involvement

  12. Contribute to Alphabit's brand visibility by participating in events, exhibitions, and speaking opportunities

  13. Collaborate with the marketing team to execute lead generation campaigns and product-specific promotions
  14. Support the commercial positioning of key service lines (e.g. SOC-as-a-Service, MDR, GRC Advisory, Incident Response)

  15. Internal Coordination & Reporting

  16. Ensure accurate CRM usage – logging activities, client touchpoints, and deal stages

  17. Participate in sales meetings, planning sessions, and strategic reviews
  18. Provide feedback to management regarding market trends, client needs, and competition
  19. Monitor KPIs and contribute to continuous improvement of Alphabit's commercial processes

Requirements

  • Experience in a B2B Account Manager or Sales Manager role
  • Background in cybersecurity, IT, software, telecom, or digital transformation industries
  • Proven track record of managing client relationships and growing accounts
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken) able to communicate effectively with international partners
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills, comfortable in meetings with C-level executives
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g. ClickUp, HubSpot, Zoho, Softone, etc.)
  • Comfortable working across departments to align sales and service delivery
  • Solid organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with public sector procurement and participation in RFPs/tenders
  • Basic understanding of cybersecurity services (e.g. SOC, DFIR, compliance frameworks like ISO 27001, NIS2, DORA)
  • Experience in a fast-growing or scale-up company environment
  • Ability to read and interpret technical proposals or service documentation
