We are seeking a high experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for employing a variety of sourcing methods to attract top talent with diverse backgrounds and experiences for our corporate & administrative roles. You will manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a positive candidate experience while meeting the staffing needs of the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for corporate and administrative roles.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments, providing a thorough evaluation of candidates.
  • Collaborate with department managers to understand hiring needs and develop job descriptions.
  • Utilize social media, job boards, and networking events to source candidates.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through communication and feedback throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system to ensure accurate records.
  • Conduct structured, competency-based interviews aligned with company values.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in recruiting of corporate & administrative roles.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and, specifically, recruitment techniques.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong networking skills and the ability to build relationships.
  • Good knowledge of compliance with labor legislation.
  • Fluent in English
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
