We are seeking a results-driven, self-motivated, and highly communicative Executive Assistant to support our General Manager at our Piraeus office. This role requires a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple priorities with discretion and efficiency.

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Managing GM's information flow in a timely, efficient and accurate manner

  • Maintain and update the GM's agenda, ensuring optimal time management

  • Coordinate and arrange business travel and accommodations

  • Prepare high-quality reports, presentations and briefing materials

  • Screen and handle phone calls, emails, other correspondence on behalf of the GM

  • Represent the GM when required, conducting professional communication

  • Support ad-hoc tasks and daily operational needs as assigned by the GM

Requirements & Skills:

  • University Degree in Maritime Studies/Business Administration or a related field

  • Up to 5 years of relevant professional experience in a similar role

  • Excellent command of Greek and English, both written and spoken

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Flexibility, a positive attitude and a high level of confidentiality
