Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
 για να ενισχύσει τη διοικητική της ομάδα και να συμβάλει καθοριστικά στη διαμόρφωση και υλοποίηση της στρατηγικής ανάπτυξης.

Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες

  • Στρατηγικός σχεδιασμός και εποπτεία όλων των χρηματοοικονομικών λειτουργιών της εταιρείας
  • Σύνταξη και ανάλυση οικονομικών καταστάσεων, προϋπολογισμών και ταμειακών ροών
  • Ανάπτυξη και παρακολούθηση KPIs για την οικονομική απόδοση της εταιρείας
  • Διαχείριση σχέσεων με τράπεζες, εξωτερικούς συνεργάτες και εποπτικές αρχές
  • Εξασφάλιση συμμόρφωσης με φορολογικές, λογιστικές και κανονιστικές απαιτήσεις
  • Υποστήριξη του CEO στη λήψη στρατηγικών αποφάσεων και στη διαμόρφωση επιχειρηματικών πλάνων
  • Εποπτεία και ανάπτυξη της οικονομικής ομάδας

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

  • Πανεπιστημιακό πτυχίο στα Οικονομικά, Χρηματοοικονομικά ή Λογιστική (Μεταπτυχιακός τίτλος / MBA θα θεωρηθεί πλεονέκτημα)
  • Τουλάχιστον 10 έτη εμπειρίας σε ανώτερη οικονομική διοικητική θέση, ιδανικά στον ασφαλιστικό ή χρηματοοικονομικό κλάδο
  • Άριστη γνώση ελληνικών και αγγλικών, προφορικά και γραπτά
  • Εμπειρία σε διαχείριση οικονομικών στρατηγικών και ανάλυση σύνθετων δεδομένων
  • Ικανότητες ηγεσίας, στρατηγικής σκέψης και αποτελεσματικής επικοινωνίας
