About the Role
We're looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented
Accounting & Admin Assistant
to support the financial operations and administrative backbone of e-satisfaction.
This is a pivotal role for someone who enjoys working across functions, handling numbers, streamlining operations, and contributing to business reporting. You'll work closely with the CEO, our external CFO and accountant to ensure smooth day-to-day accounting operations—especially in areas such as invoicing, revenue collection, expense administration, and reporting.
We're a SaaS company, so a tech-savvy mindset and a love for tools, automation, and dashboards will go a long way
What You'll Be Doing
Accounting & Financial Operations
- Manage the
end-to-end client invoicing process
, ensuring timely and accurate invoice generation, distribution, and revenue collection.
- Maintain
AR & AP tracking
, follow up on outstanding receivables, and help ensure healthy cash flow.
- Collaborate closely with our
external accountant
to support monthly closing, tax filings, and compliance.
- Use
ERP Softone's accounting functions
(e.g., customer invoicing, data entry, myData submissions, supplier balances).
- Entry of
company expenses into the ERP system
, ensuring alignment with reporting structure.
- Manage
customer and supplier balances
and
agreements
.
- Manage
customer and supplier contracts
, including quarterly registrations, in collaboration with the accountant.
Reporting & Tools
- Prepare and maintain
financial reports and dashboards
using Excel, BI tools, and other financial platforms.
- Support the CEO and CFO with
ad hoc reports, financial summaries, and investor reporting packages
.
- Keep ERP and financial systems up to date and ensure smooth coordination between internal and external systems.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Oversee company-wide expense tracking and
administer contracts or plans related to corporate assets
(e.g., mobile phones, vehicles, insurance, etc.).
- Liaise with banks and handle day-to-day
banking-related admin tasks

- Maintain and organize financial/accounting documentation for easy access and compliance.
What We're Looking For
- 2–4 years of
experience in finance operations, accounting support,
or business administration (preferably in a tech or SaaS environment).
- Good understanding of
financial metrics
and basic
accounting procedures
.
- Very comfortable with
ERP systems,
Softone ERP knowledge would be considered a plus.
- Familiarity with
Excel,
preferably BI platforms too (e.g., Power BI, Looker, or similar).
- Highly
organized
, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Excellent communication skills in Greek and English.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or similar field.
Bonus Points If You:
- Have experience supporting a scale-up or startup team.
- Have worked with SaaS metrics or understand concepts like Recurring Revenue, Software Subscription, Churn or Revenue recognition/accrual.
- Enjoy automating reports, improving workflows, or learning new tools quickly.
