  • Τηλεφωνική πώληση.
  • Διαχείριση εξερχόμενων κλήσεων.
  • Διαχείριση αντιρρήσεων.
Requirements
  • Ανάλογη εργασιακή εμπειρία σε τηλεφωνικό κέντρο, ιδανικά σε θέση πωλήσεων ή/και εξυπηρέτηση πελατών.
  • Απόφοιτος Λυκείου/ΙΕΚ/ ΤΕΙ/ ΑΕΙ.
  • Καλή χρήση Η/Υ (Ms Office).
  • Καλή γνώση Αγγλικών.
  • Ευχέρεια στην επικοινωνία και πελατοκεντρική προσέγγιση.
  • Ευγένεια, προσαρμοστικότητα, ευελιξία.
  • Άριστες επικοινωνιακές & διαπραγματευτικές ικανότητες.
