Η ManpowerGroup Greece, αναζητά για λογαριασμό κορυφαίας εταιρείας ηλεκτρικής ενέργειας, τον επόμενο Trainer & Retail Development Assistant, για να ενταχθεί στο δυναμικό της ομάδας.

Μία τυπική ημέρα σου θα περιλαμβάνει:

  • Προσδιορισμός εκπαιδευτικών αναγκών και υποστήριξη στο σχεδιασμό εκπαιδευτικών προγραμμάτων
  • Προετοιμασία και ανανέωση του υποστηρικτικού εκπαιδευτικού υλικού για τη διενέργεια των εκπαιδεύσεων με τη μορφή εγχειριδίων, παρουσιάσεων, βίντεο
  • Διενέργεια εσωτερικών εκπαιδεύσεων (εξ αποστάσεως, δια ζώσης) προς το Δίκτυο Πωλήσεων, σχετιζόμενες με τα πληροφοριακά συστήματα και τους ρόλους εξυπηρέτησης, το λειτουργικό μοντέλο νέων καταστημάτων και τις ψηφιακές λύσεις εξυπηρέτησης αυτών
  • Οn-the-job follow up εκπαιδεύσεων με τακτικές επισκέψεις στο Δίκτυο Πωλήσεων
  • Επίσκεψη σε καταστήματα της επαρχίας και υποστήριξη ενεργειών που στόχο έχουν την εύρυθμη λειτουργία αυτών και την βελτιστοποίηση των διαδικασιών
  • Οργάνωση και συντήρηση εκπαιδευτικής βάσης δεδομένων με τις εκπαιδεύσεις που έχουν παρακολουθήσει οι εργαζόμενοι σχετικά με όλες τις θεματικές εμπορικών εκπαιδεύσεων και παραγωγή αναφορών
  • Συμμετοχή στην ανάπτυξη των νέων σύγχρονων/ηλεκτρονικών προϊόντων και υπηρεσιών

Τι χρειάζεσαι για να πετύχεις σε ένα τέτοιο ρόλο:

  • Προϋπηρεσία τουλάχιστον 6 μηνών σε αντίστοιχη θέση θα εκτιμηθεί
  • Προϋπηρεσία στον κλάδο λιανικής πώλησης και εκπαίδευσης προσωπικού θα ληφθεί υπόψιν
  • Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ/ΤΕΙ τμήματος Διοίκησης Επιχειρήσεων/Οικονομικών/HR
  • Καλή γνώση της Αγγλικής γλώσσας και εξοικείωση με ERP συστήματα (ιδανικά SAP)
  • Δυνατότητα ταξιδίων στην επαρχία
  • Ανεπτυγμένες επικοινωνιακές και πωλησιακές δεξιότητες
  • Δεξιότητες παρουσίασης
  • Οργάνωση και προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια
  • Ομαδικό πνεύμα
